Yes, please state the quantity when ordering your items in the provided "quantity" box.

What is your delivery time?
Depending on the quantity ordered, delivery can take from 7 to 21 working days. Please, keep in mind that Windsor Sterling manufactures its product line with absolute care and diligence. Windsor Sterling product is shipped from our corporate center located in the Tampa Bay area.

Can I swap out merchandise?
Windsor Sterling offers its customers the option to swap out merchandise (see our Swap Out FAQ below). The swap out limit is based on the dollar value of merchandise purchased on the last order placed. Swap out merchandise is selected by Windsor Sterling on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is Windsor Sterling merchandise hallmarked?
Yes, Windsor Sterling merchandise is stamped .925 "WS" however, we will accept orders for non hallmarked merchandise.

What type of packaging is included?
Our products are shipped in cello packs. Windsor Sterling will re-package merchandise to customer specifications at an additional charge.

Do you sell to the general public?
Windsor Sterling does not offer it products to the general public. Prices stated on our site are suggested retail pricing. You must be a bonfide retailer or wholesaler to purchase product from Windsor Sterling.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective and/or manufacturer defects only. We do accept product back through our "Swap it Out" option as well.

What is your
We offer our customers a "Swap Out" merchandise option on merchandise, which they have purchased and which may not be moving (or turning over) as quickly as our customers would enjoy. "Swap Out" merchandise must returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Windsor Sterling will select new pieces (at its discretion) in which to "Swap Out" pieces, which our customers feel are simply not right for their audience. It's all about trial and error and finding the right product for the right audience!

How often are new products released?
Windsor Sterling has over 5,000 designs and updates its collection every three months.

Are all the products Rhodium plated?
Yes. All of our products are cast in .925 sterling and are Rhodium plated.

Are all of your gemstones genuine?
Yes, all Windsor Sterling pieces are set with genuine gemstones. Accent gems may include white topaz or diamonds.

Do pendants include the sterling silver chain?
Yes. All of our pendants/necklaces include the chain which are normally 16 inches in length.

What are your payment terms?
Windsor Sterling accepts all major credit cards, bank wire transfers and corporate checks. Windsor Sterling requires a 50% deposit on all orders prior to commencing production. The remaining 50% is due upon confirmation of of shipment being released.

May I use Windsor Sterling images and descriptions?
Yes, you may copy our images and descriptions to re-sell product on line. If you wish to use the Windsor Sterling trademark, you must request use of our registered trademark through email.

Will Windsor Sterling Drop Ship Product to my Customers?
No. Windsor Sterling is NOT a drop shipper and does NOT accept drop ship orders.

What documentation do I need to provide to Windsor Sterling to place an order?
Windsor Sterling requires documentation that the firm ordering product is indeed a wholesaler and/or retailer. If you seek to order our product line please, fax your Tax ID to 813-949-3411. You may also provide proof of corporate status by faxing your corporate filing to our offices.

How should I price Windsor Sterling products for resale?
While rule of thumb would be triple key over cost, you may find that your audience is receptive to five or six times over cost depending on the product you have selected. Please, contact a Windsor Sterling representative for MSRP guidance.

Yes, we do have road reps available in the state of Florida.

I'm interested in starting up a wholesale business with Windsor Sterling. Do you have positions available?
Windsor Sterling offers those with jewelry retail experience an opportunity to carry the Windsor Sterling line. Windsor Sterling has strict guidelines in place for the sale of its product line within protected territories. If a territory is available, within a prospective road reps region, the prospective rep will have the opportunity to purchase a sample Windsor Sterling product line. Windsor Sterling compensates its road reps a commission on every sale and repeat sale. Due to insurance requirements, Windsor Sterling product samples may NOT be sold on a cash and carry basis. Windsor Sterling products must be ordered and shipped through our corporate center. Please, contact Windsor Sterling if you have an interest in partnering with our firm.
